Transportation

Access to America Section campuses is provided for students through:

  • the Parisian train network (RER, line A), in conjunction with by a system of public  buses which operate between the St. Germain RER station and the schools,
  • a network of public buses which transport students to and from the towns and villages around Saint-Germain-en-Laye in both morning and evening, and
  • a limited school bus service for the Ecole Schnapper.

For more information about transportation to and from our campuses in St. Germain en Laye, please visit the website of APELI (Lycée International Parents Association). The APELI website also includes regularly updated information on bus tickets and travel passes.

Traveling to and from school by bus is not advised for children in Pre-K through second grade (MS-CE1) unless accompanied by an adult. Many parents of young children set up car pools.
